Bart’s Boekenclub is a contemporary literary talk show in the most intimate theater in Amsterdam, The Betty Asfalt Complex. Here, personal, frank and interactive conversations take place with various writers about their work and their lives. There is live music from various talented singer-songwriters and young debuting writers are offered a stage to promote their book. At Bart’s book club the motto is that reading, besides beautiful and valuable, is sparkling and fun.
